Order Processing & Modifications

No Order Changes: As noted in our store policies, we cannot cancel or change orders once they are placed. Our system processes orders immediately to ensure fast packing and shipping. Please reach out to us at info@polospetcloset.com before placing your order if you have any questions about sizing or styles.
Processing Time: Standard orders typically take 1–3 business days to process, pack, and hand off to our shipping carriers (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom & Personalized Items: For special, custom, or personalized orders, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for custom production before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping speed.

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after the package leaves our facility.
Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at checkout if your pet needs their items for an upcoming event or holiday.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier. Weather delays, carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons may impact delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with live scanning information.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your packages upon arrival!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong items, please contact us immediately at info@polospetcloset.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your tracking details state that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your property or with neighbors before contacting us.
